中药配合针灸对重症肌无力患者外周血AchRAb、IL-6、IL-10调节研究

Study on the Regulation of AChRAb,IL-6 and IL-10 in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Myasthenia Gravis by Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupuncture

目的观察中药配合针灸对重症肌无力患者外周血乙酰胆碱受体抗体(AChRAb)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)的调节作用。方法选取就诊于辽宁中医药大学附属医院重症肌无力门诊的成年重症肌无力患者60例,就诊患者口服复方黄杞颗粒并配合针灸治疗,同时随机选取成人体检中心60例患者血清作为对照组。分别于第1次就诊和治疗3个月后检测重症肌无力患者外周血AChRAb、IL-6、IL-10水平及评价重症肌无力定量评分(QMGs)、日常生活活动能力评分(ADL)。结果重症肌无力患者组血清中AChRAb、IL-6、IL-10浓度高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后患者血清中AChRAb、IL-6、IL-10浓度明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后患者QMGs、ADL明显降低(P<0.05)。结论中药结合针灸治疗可影响重症肌无力患者血清中AChRAb、IL-6、IL-10水平。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on the regulation of AChRAb,IL-6 and IL-10 in peripheral blood of patients with myasthenia gravis.Methods 60 adult patients with myasthenia gravis were selected,the patients were treated with Compound Huangqi Granules(复方黄杞颗粒)and acupuncture,at the same time,60 serum samples from adult physical examination center were randomly selected as the control group.The levels of AChRAb,IL-6 and IL-10 in peripheral blood of MG patients were detected at the first visit and 3 months after treatment.The quantitative scores of myasthenia gravis(QMGs)and activities of daily living(ADL)were evaluated.Results The serum concentrations of AChRAb,IL-6 and IL-10 in myasthenia gravis group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum concentrations of AChRAb,IL-6 and IL-10 were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and QMGs and ADL scores were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture can affect the levels of AChRAb,IL-6 and IL-10 in myasthenia gravis patients.
