“浊毒”在轻度认知障碍发病中作用及治疗探讨

Discussion on the Effect and Treatment of “Turbid Poison” in the Pathogenesis of Mild Cognitive Impairment

从古籍及现代中医角度阐述"浊毒"在轻度认知障碍发病中的作用。"浊邪痹阻"和"毒蕴日久"是轻度认知障碍发病进程中互相作用、紧密联系的病理环节。从"浊毒"着手,把疏通邪气作为轻度认知障碍治疗的突破点,准确掌握其发病原因及机制,从而在当代医学背景下为该病的治疗提供理论基础。通过直接化浊解毒和间接化浊解毒(调畅气机、通利三焦、活血化瘀),可以对轻度认知障碍起到很好的改善作用,保护脑部神经,提高患者认知能力,从而防止轻度认知障碍向阿尔茨海默病进一步转化。

This paper expounds the role of“turbid poison”in the onset of mild cognitive impairment from the perspective of ancient books and modern Chinese medicine.“Turbidity and evil paralysis”and“toxicity for a long time”are the pathological links that interact with each other in the pathological process of mild cognitive impairment.Starting from“turbid poison”,we regard dredging evil Qi as the breakthrough point in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment,and accurately grasp its pathogenesis and mechanism,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of this disease under the background of contemporary medicine.By directly detoxifying turbidity and indirectly detoxifying turbidity(regulating Qi activity,clearing heat-dampness in Sanjiao,activating blood to remove stasis),it can play a good role in improving mild cognitive dysfunction,protecting the nerves of the brain and improving the cognitive ability of patients,thus preventing the further transformation of mild cognitive dysfunction into Alzheimer’s disease.
