安宫牛黄丸联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿窒息后心肌损伤疗效及对相关指标影响

Efficacy of the Combined Application of Angong Niuhuang Pills(安宫牛黄丸)with Phosphocreatine Sodium in the Treatment of Myocardial Injury after Neonatal Asphyxia and Its Influence on Related Indicators

目的探究安宫牛黄丸联合磷酸肌酸钠在治疗新生儿窒息后心肌损伤中的疗效以及对相关指标的影响。方法选取2017年8月—2020年6月辽宁省健康产业集团抚矿总医院收治的136例新生儿窒息合并心肌损伤患儿,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组68例,其中对照组给予常规磷酸肌酸钠治疗,观察组给予安宫牛黄丸联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效以及相关指标。结果观察组总有效率为92.65%,对照组总有效率为77.94%(P<0.05);血清心肌损伤标志物方面,治疗前两组患儿比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组标志物水平改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床症状消失时间、心电图恢复正常时间以及心肌酶谱恢复正常时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论安宫牛黄丸联合磷酸肌酸钠能够有效治疗新生儿窒息后心肌损伤,改善缺氧状态以及心肌损伤,安全性好,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of the combined application of Angong Niuhuang Pills(安宫牛黄丸)with phosphocreatine sodium on newborns with myocardial injury after neonatal asphyxia and its influence on related indicators.Methods 136 cases of newborns with neonatal asphyxia merged with myocardial injury treated in General hospital of Fushun mining group with a 6-month-long period from August,2017 to June,2020 were selected and were divided into the observation group(n=68)and the control group(n=68)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional phosphocreatine sodium treatment.A comparison was made in the clinical effect and related indicators between the two groups.Results The total effective rate for the observation group was 92.65%,and the total effective rate for the observation group was 77.94%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum markers of myocardial injury between the two groups before treatment,but the observation group was significantly better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group spent significantly shorter time in terms of the time for the disappearance of clinical symptoms,the normal recovery of electrocardiograph and the normal recovery of myocardial enzyme spectrum(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Angong Niuhuang Pills with phosphocreatine sodium can effectively improve the efficacy in treating newborns with myocardial injury after neonatal asphyxia,improve the state of hypoxia and myocardial injury.The treatment is safety,and is worthy of wide clinical application.
