基于数据挖掘中药治疗中风病用药规律分析

Analysis of the Law of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Stroke Based on Data Mining

目的运用现代信熄技术挖掘中医药治疗中风病的组方用药规律,并探讨高频核心药物的运用思路和原理。方法以中国知网为数据来源,采用主题"中风+临床"+全文"中药"进行专业检索,对近几年来与中医药治疗中风病相关临床期刊文献进行筛选,筛选出相关的中药组方或中成药制剂,将符合标准的中药录入Excel 2013中,再利用SPSS Modeler 14.1、SPSS Statistics 25.0软件对数据进行聚类分析和关联规则分析,揭示高频药物的作用机制。结果符合收录标准的140首中药组方中,单药以当归(55次,39.57%)、川芎(53次,38.13%)、甘草(43次,30.94%)的使用率最高;对于用药频次≥6次的中药进行统计,在药性上以温性(24次,40.00%)居多;药味以甘味(29次,32.20%)、辛味(24次,25.00%)居多;高频归经除肝经(34次,20.90%)、脾经(26次,16.00%)以外,还协同心、肺、肾经;药物类别以补虚药(334次,24.45%)、活血化瘀药(264次,19.33%)占比最多;高频中药的系统聚类分析,形成了5个聚类组合,关联规则分析中共得出18条药对及药组关联规则。结论中风病用药以补虚药、活血化瘀药、清热药、平肝熄风药为主,大多选择药性偏温、味甘,归肝、脾经的药物,临床上可着重考虑当归、川芎、桃仁的配伍应用。

Objective To use modern information technology to explore the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stroke,and to explore the application ideas and principles of high-frequency core drugs.Methods Is known by Chinese network as data source,using the theme“stroke and clinical”+“Chinese medicine”in full,professional retrieval of several years associated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of stroke clinical screening of journal literatures,select relevant formula or proprietary Chinese medicine preparations of Chinese medicine,will conform to the standard of traditional Chinese medicine school in Excel 2013,using the SPSS Modeler 14.1,SPSS Statistics 25.0 software for data clustering analysis and association rules analysis,reveals the mechanism of action of high frequency drugs.Results Among the 140 Chinese herbal formulations meeting the inclusion criteria,the utilization rates of Dangui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)(55 times,39.57%),Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong)(53 times,38.13%)and Gancao(Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae)(43 times,30.94%)were the highest.Statistics were carried out for TCM with the drug frequency≥6,and the temperature(24 times,40.00%)was the most.Sweetness(29 times,32.20%)and astringency(24 times,25.00%)accounted for the majority.Besides liver(34 times,20.90%)and spleen(26 times,16.00%),high-frequency menstruation was also associated with heart,lung and kidney meridians.The types of drugs were supplement deficiency medicine(334 times,24.45%)and blood circulation and blood stasis medicine(264 times,19.33%).The systematic cluster analysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine formed 5 cluster combinations,and the association rule analysis obtained a total of 18 drug pairs and drug group association rules.Conclusion Apoplectic drugs are mainly used to strengthen deficiency,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,heat clearing drugs,and calm liver and calm wind.Most of them choose drugs with mild properties,sweet taste,and return to the liver and spleen meridian.In clinical practice,the compatible application of Dangui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong)and Taoren(Semen Persicae)should be considered.
