从中医五脏论骨质疏松症病机

A Brief Analysis of the Pathogenesis of Osteoporosis from the Five Zang Organs of Chinese Medicine

通过对相关古今文献的梳理与总结,来探析中医五脏与骨质疏松症相关的病机,作者查阅大量文献发现骨质疏松症病因病机与"肾""脾""肝""心""肺"五脏均有关系,其病机根本在肾,补肾强骨是本病的主要治法,病机关键在脾,而又与肝、心、肺都有密切联系。肾主骨生髓,脾主肌肉、充四肢为气血生化之源,肝主筋、调畅全身气血,心主血脉,心肾相互交济,肺朝百脉、推气生血,共同维持机体的正常生理活动。其治法以补肾强骨为主,根据具体病机兼治他脏。该文基于五脏相关,从中医基础理论、临床观察与实验研究等角度探析骨质疏松症的病机,并引用当代中医的治疗经验,对骨质疏松症实施辨证分型论治,旨在为中医药防治骨质疏松症提供新的借鉴和治疗思路,发挥中医药优势。

To review and summarize the related ancient and modern literature,to explore the pathogenesis of TCM five Zang-organs and osteoporosis,the author found that osteoporosis etiology and pathogenesis of lots of literatures and“kidney”“spleen”“liver”and“heart”“lung”five Zang-organs have relations,the pathogenesis underlying in the kidney,kidney strong bone is the main treatment of the disease,pathogenesis key in the spleen,and liver,heart,lungs are closely related.The kidney is the main bone and marrow,the spleen is the main muscle and the limbs are the biochemical source of Qi and blood,the liver is the main tendon,regulating the whole body Qi and blood,the heart is the main blood vein,the heart and kidney are mutually reinforcing,the lung is the main arteries and veins,pushing Qi and blood to maintain the normal physiological activity of the body.Its treatment is mainly to strengthen kidney and strong bone,according to the specific pathogenesis and also to treat other viscera.Based on the five internal organs related in this article,from the basic theory of TCM,clinical observation and experimental study to discuss the pathogenesis of osteoporosis,and experience and reference to contemporary Chinese medicine treatment,for osteoporosis treatment based on syndrome differentiation type,aiming at providing a new reference for TCM prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and treatment ideas,giving full play to the advantages of TCM.
