肝郁证动物模型研究进展及实验应用现状 被引量:2

摘要 目的总结在各种疾病中肝郁证动物模型的研究进展及实验应用现状以及在复制模型中出现的问题。方法通过检索中国知网(CNKI),以"肝郁""动物模型"为关键词,运用主题检索的方法,查找肝郁证动物模型相关文献。结果共纳入83篇文献,肝郁证动物模型涉及消化、妇产、精神神经、五官、皮肤、呼吸、免疫等各系统疾病,其中肝郁脾虚证使用广泛(51.80%),复制肝郁证肠易激综合症占比最高(14.45%),其次为抑郁症(9.63%)、溃疡性结肠炎(8.43%)。使用雄性SD大鼠复制模型最多,夹尾法在单因素造模法中使用率最高(13.25%),双因素造模法规律不明显。目前,肝郁证动物模型以多因素造模为主(43.27%)。研究筛选20篇文献进行详细论述。文章通过对肝郁证动物模型进行研究后发现,在造模中出现了实验动物使用混乱、微观指标易混淆等问题。结论复制肝郁脾虚证消化系统疾病模型,使用雄性SD大鼠运用多因素造模法,检测肝功能、五羟色胺(5-HT)等指标为目前主要流行趋势。通过对肝郁证病证结合动物模型的实验动物、剂量、造模时间、微观指标、宏观表征等方面进行研究,为规范肝郁证动物模型提供基础。 Objective To summarize the research progress and experimental application status of animal models of liver depression syndrome in various diseases,as well as the problems in replicating models.Methods By searching China Knowledge Network(CNKI),the words“liver depression”and“animal model”is the key word,and the subject search method is used to find relevant literature on animal models of liver depression.Results A total of 83 articles were included.The animal models of liver depression syndrome involved digestion,obstetrics and gynecology,mental nerves,five sense organs,skin,breathing,immunity and other diseases.Among them,the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency was widely used(51.80%)to replicate the syndrome of liver depression.Irritable bowel syndrome accounts for the highest proportion(14.45%),followed by depression(9.63%)and ulcerative colitis(8.43%).Male SD rats are used to replicate the most models,the tail-clamping method has the highest use rate(13.25%)in the single-factor modeling method,and the two-factor modeling method is not obvious.At present,the animal models of liver depression syndrome are dominated by multi-factor modeling(43.27%).In this study,20 articles were selected for detailed discussion.Through the study of articles on animal models of liver depression syndrome,it is found that problems such as confusion in the use of experimental animals and easy confusion of microscopic indicators have appeared in the modeling.Conclusion Copying the digestive system disease model of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,using male SD rats to use multifactor modeling method to detect liver function,serotonin(5-HT)and other indicators is the main trend at present.Through research on the experimental animals,dosage,modeling time,micro-index,macrocharacterization and other aspects of the combination of liver depression syndrome and disease syndrome animal models,it provides a basis for standardizing liver depression syndrome animal models.
