苏木临床应用现状

Current Status of Clinical Application of Sumu(Sappan Lignum)

现代药理研究显示,苏木所含主要化学成分具有很强的抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、免疫抑制以及改善血糖的药理作用。通过临床实践及文献查阅也发现,苏木的临床应用较广,可用于治疗以下疾病:(1)内科慢性病,如糖尿病及其并发症、肿瘤等;(2)妇科经、带、胎、产病;(3)伤科疾病。因此该文将苏木在上述疾病中的临床应用进行归纳总结,为深入研究提供依据。

Modern pharmacological studies have shown that the main chemical components contained in Sumu(Sappan Lignum)have strong anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-tumor,anti-oxidant,immunosuppressive and blood sugar pharmacological effects.Through clinical practice and literature review,it has been found that Sumu(Sappan Lignum)has a wide range of clinical applications and can be used for the following diseases:(1)For chronic medical diseases,such as diabetes and its complications,tumors,etc.;(2)Gynecology,belt,fetus,obstetric diseases;(3)Traumatology diseases.Therefore,this article summarizes the clinical application of Sumu(Sappan Lignum)in the above-mentioned diseases,aiming to promote its clinical application and provide a basis for in-depth research.
