近5年中医药治疗压力性尿失禁临床研究进展

Advances in the Clinical Research of TCM Treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence in Recent 5 Years

压力性尿失禁(stress urinary incontinence,SUI)是女性最常见的排尿功能障碍,属于中医学中"遗尿""遗溺"范畴,主要表现为尿液不自主地从尿道口流出,已严重影响其生活质量和心理健康。然而,压力性尿失禁的确切发病机制尚不完全清楚,西医对该病的治疗多以手术为主,且疗效不确切。因此,对本病的治疗研究尤为重要。通过对中医药治疗压力性尿失禁的相关文献进行系统整理、分析和归纳总结,发现中医药在治疗本病过程中方法众多、疗效确切、不良反应少、优势明显。文章由病因病机和治疗方法着手,从中药口服、针刺疗法、灸法及相关综合疗法等4个方面详细阐述近年来中医药治疗该病的临床研究进展,以期为进一步开展临床研究和治疗压力性尿失禁提供更好的研究思路和中医药诊疗路径。

Stress incontinence is the most common urination dysfunction in women,which belongs to the scope of enuresis and enuresis in traditional Chinese medicine.It is mainly manifested as the involuntary outflow of urine from the urethral orifice,which has seriously affected the quality of life and mental health.However,the exact pathogenesis of stress incontinence is not fully understood,and Western medicine mainly treats the disease with surgery,and the curative effect is not exact.Therefore,research on the treatment of this disease is particularly important.The author systematically sorted out the literature on the treatment of stress urinary incontinence by traditional Chinese medicine,analyzed and summarized,and found that traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease in the process of many methods,effective,low side effects,obvious advantages.Starting from the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods,this paper elaborates the clinical research progress of TCM treatment of this disease in recent years from four aspects,including oral Chinese medicine,acupuncture therapy,moxibustion therapy and related comprehensive therapy,in order to provide a good research idea and TCM diagnosis and treatment path for further clinical research and treatment of stress incontinence.
