中医药治疗胃食管反流病研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

胃食管反流病是临床上常见的一种以烧心、反酸为主要特点的消化系统疾病。西医治疗以抑制胃酸分泌、促胃肠动力药物以及抗反流手术治疗为主,治疗措施不仅有限、单一,治疗效果不理想,而且治疗价格相对昂贵,容易复发且会出现一些不良反应。相反,中医治疗对于本病有其独到的优势和特点,中医提倡从个人整体进行辨证论治,因人而异进行治疗,不仅治疗效果好,不易复发,而且不良反应少。但目前中医药治疗胃食管反流病的方剂、中药等因医家而异,所以作者从胃食管反流病的中医病名、病因病机、证型等中医基础理论以及名中医的经方、验方、针灸以及中成药治疗等两个角度,对近年来国内名中医应用中医药治疗胃食管反流病的经验进行了综述。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common clinical digestive system disease characterized by heartburn and acid reflux.Western medicine mainly focuses on inhibiting gastric acid secretion,gastrointestinal motility drugs and antireflux surgery.The treatment measures are not only limited and single,with poor therapeutic effect,but also relatively expensive,prone to recurrence and some adverse reactions.On the contrary,Chinese medicine treatment for this disease has its unique advantages and characteristics,Chinese medicine advocates from the overall individual syndrome differentiation treatment,according to the individual treatment,not only the treatment effect is good,not easy to relapse,and less adverse reactions.But the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,such as traditional Chinese medicine treatment for varied from the acknowledgement,so the author from the gastroesophageal reflux disease diagnosis,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome type of TCM basic theory of TCM and the name of the party,prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and proprietary Chinese medicine treatment of clinical treatment of two large angle,domestic famous traditional Chinese medicine in recent years experience in application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease were summarized.
