糖尿病肾脏疾病中药治疗及发病机制研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine Treatment and Pathogenesis of Diabetic Kidney Disease

2型糖尿病(T2DM)和慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)在全球日益流行,这促使人们努力研究应对日益流行的糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)。DKD发病机制暂未完全明确,涉及氧化应激、内质网应激等多个信号通路,以尿蛋白为主要临床特征。目前临床治疗多以调节血糖、血压水平、保护肾脏功能为主。在传统中医上,中药治疗DKD具有配伍灵活、不良反应小等独特特点,其在改善DKD患者的临床症状、延缓其疾病进展等方面具有明显优势。文章分别从中医、西医角度出发,对该病的发病机制和中药治疗研究进展等方面进行综述,为临床诊治提供一定的理论依据。

Type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)and chronic kidney disease(CKD)are becoming increasingly popular around the world,which has prompted efforts to study how to deal with the increasingly prevalent diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Its pathogenesis is not yet fully clear,involving multiple signaling pathways such as oxidative stress and endoplasmic reticulum stress,with urine protein as the main clinical feature.At present,clinical treatment mainly focuses on regulating blood sugar and blood pressure levels and protecting kidney function.In traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment of DKD with traditional Chinese medicine has unique characteristics such as flexible compatibility and small side effects.It has obvious advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with DKD and delaying their disease progression.From the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,this article reviews the pathogenesis of the disease and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment to provide a certain theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
