摘要
五味子是中药中的食药两用之品,具有收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心功效。现代药理研究发现五味子的多种有效成分,如木质素、多糖等均具有降糖作用。为此,通过近年来文献检索发现,五味子及其活性成分可显著降低模型动物体内丙二醛(MOD)含量,提高空腹胰岛素(FINS)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,修复受损伤的胰岛B细胞,通过其抗氧化应激反应、抑制炎症反应、抗细胞凋亡、抗脂质过氧化等机制来发挥其降糖作用。因此,该文就五味子及其有效成分对糖尿病治疗作用及降糖机制研究进行综述,以期为五味子及其有效成分在防治糖尿病方面的深入研究、开发和临床应用提供参考。
Wuweizi(Schisandre Chinensis Fructus)chinensis is a kind of food and medicine in traditional Chinese medicine,which has the functions of inducing astringency,invigorating Qi and promoting fluid,tonifying kidney and calming heart.Modern pharmacological research was found that many effective components of Wuweizi(Schisandre Chinensis Fructus),such as lignin,polysaccharide,volatile oil and terpenes,had hypoglycemic effect.Therefore,based on the literature search found in recent years,Wuweizi(Schisandre Chinensis Fructus)and its active ingredients can significantly reduce the sick animals,malondialdehyde(MOD)content increased fasting insulin(FINS)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)content,repair the damaged islet B cells,through its antioxidant stress reaction,inhibiting the inflammatory response,apoptosis and anti-lipid peroxidation mechanism to play its hypoglycemic effect.Therefore,this paper reviews the effect of Wuweizi(Schisandre Chinensis Fructus)and its active components on the prevention and treatment of diabetes and the mechanism of hypoglycemic control,in order to provide references for the in-depth research,development and clinical application of Wuweizi(Schisandre Chinensis Fructus)and its active components in the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
