平衡火罐配合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Balanced Cupping Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探究平衡火罐配合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将120例患者分为对照组及联合治疗组。对照组予以基础性治疗,联合对照组予以基础性治疗及平衡火罐配合中药熏蒸治疗。通过生活质量评分、VAS评分、JOA评分、治疗有效率等方式比较两组及治疗前后的差异。结果两组患者治疗后生活质量评分均明显升高,且治疗后联合治疗组患者生活质量评分明显更高;两组患者治疗后VAS评分均降低,且治疗后联合治疗组患者VAS评分明显低于对照组;两组患者治疗后JOA评分均升高,且治疗后联合治疗组患者JOA评分明显高于对照组。对照组治疗有效率85.00%,联合治疗组治疗有效率96.67%,且差异有统计学意义。结论平衡火罐配合中药熏蒸治疗可缓解患者疼痛,提高患者生命质量,增强患者腰部活动能力,疗效满意。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of balanced cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 120 patients were divided into control group and combination treatment group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the combined control group was given basic treatment and balanced cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment.The differences between the two groups and before and after treatment were compared by means of quality of life score,VAS score,JOA score,and treatment effectiveness.Results The quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were significantly increased after treatment,and the quality of life scores of the patients in the combined treatment group were significantly higher after treatment;The VAS scores of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the VAS scores of the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the JOA scores of the two groups increased after treatment,and the JOA scores of the combined treatment group were significantly higher than the control group after treatment;the effective rate of the control group was 85.00%;the effective rate of the combined treatment group was 96.67%,and there was statistical difference.Conclusion Balanced cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment can relieve pain,improve the quality of life of the patient,and enhance the waist mobility of the patient.The effect is satisfactory.
