半枝莲药理效应及临床应用研究进展

Research Progress on Pharmacological Effects and Clinical Application of Banzhilian(Scutellariae Barbatae Herba)

半枝莲的应用历史悠久,其干、鲜品皆可入药,具有抗肿瘤、抑菌、抗炎等活性。干品常用于治疗各类癌症以及肝病、胃病等,而鲜品在蛇虫咬伤、疔疮肿毒方面的疗效更佳。目前的科学研究以及临床应用大多集中于半枝莲干品,少见鲜品。文章通过查阅有关半枝莲的国内外文献,在其干、鲜品的药理效应以及临床应用方面分别进行综述,对于半枝莲的了解更为全面,为今后更好地开发半枝莲提供依据。

Banzhilian(Scutellariae Barbatae Herba)has a long history of application,its dried and fresh products can be used as medicine,and has anti-tumor,bacteriostatic,anti-inflammatory and other activities.Dried products are often used to treat different kinds of cancer,liver and stomach diseases,etc,while fresh products are more effective in snake and insect bites,furunculosis and swelling.Previous scientific research and clinical applications are mostly concentrated on dried Banzhilian(Scutellariae Barbatae Herba),rare fresh products.By consulting the domestic and foreign literature on Banzhilian(Scutellariae Barbatae Herba),this paper summarizes the pharmacological effects and clinical application of its dried and fresh products to make the understanding of Banzhilian(Scutellariae Barbatae Herba)more comprehensive and provide a basis for the better development of Banzhilian(Scutellariae Barbatae Herba)in the future.
