近5年脑卒中后上肢功能障碍中西医康复研究进展

Research Progress of Rehabilitation of Chinese and Western Medicine on Upper Limb Dysfunction After Stroke in Recent 5 Years

肢体功能障碍是脑卒中最常见的后遗症之一,相比于下肢,上肢功能障碍病程长,治愈难度大,恢复速度慢,直接影响到患者的日常生活质量,给患者家庭和社会带来了严重的负担。上肢功能障碍包含肩部、肘部以及手的感觉和运动障碍,常表现为上肢疼痛、肌张力增高、肌力和感觉减弱、手不能完成精细动作等临床症状。随着科学技术的不断进步,也带动了康复治疗学的发展,新康复技术的不断涌现为患者带来了恢复的希望。作者通过查阅文献资料,对近5年来治疗脑卒中后上肢功能障碍的最前沿康复技术进行了回顾性对比研究,通过概述其最新研究进展,以期为临床康复提供帮助。

Limb dysfunction is one of the most common sequelae of stroke.Compared with the lower limb,limb dysfunction has a long course,great difficulty in cure and slow recovery,which directly affects the patients’daily life quality and brings a serious burden to the patients’family and society.Upper limb dysfunction includes sensory and motor impairments in the shoulders,elbows and hands.It is often manifested as pain in the upper limbs,increased muscle tone,decreased muscle strength and sensation,and inability to perform fine movements of the hands.With the continuous progress of science and technology,it also drives the development of rehabilitation therapy,and the continuous emergence of new rehabilitation technologies brings the hope of recovery for patients.By referring to the literature,the author conducted a retrospective comparative study on the most cutting-edge rehabilitation technologies for the treatment of upper limb dysfunction after stroke in the past five years.By summarizing the latest research progress,the author hoped to provide assistance for clinical rehabilitation.
