排卵障碍性不孕中医药治疗研究进展

Advances in the Treatment of Ovulation Failure Infertility with Traditional Chinese Medicine

文章阐述了近年来中医药治疗排卵障碍性不孕研究现状,认为肾虚为病因之本,肝郁、血瘀、痰湿所致冲任失调为标,病机关键为肾之阴阳消长转化异常。临床研究表明,中药内服法(辨证论治、调节生殖节律),中药外治法(外敷、保留灌肠),各种形式的针刺疗法(毫针、电针、温针、梅花针、腹针、飞针)及针药联合疗法可兼顾标本,使阴平阳秘、气血调和,不仅能促进卵泡生长、诱导卵泡排出、提高临床妊娠率,还能减少卵巢过激综合征和卵泡未破裂黄素化综合征的发生,在治疗排卵障碍性不孕时具有较好的疗效。然而中医药治疗的作用机制不甚明朗,相关的动物实验研究较少,可加强基础研究以对其进行分析,为中医药治疗排卵障碍性不孕提供更加可靠的依据。

This paper expounds the research on the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ovulation failure infertility in recent years.Kidney deficiency is the basis of the pathogeny for ovulation failure;Chong-Ren dysfunction caused by Qi depression,blood stasis and phlegm dampness is the symptom.The key pathogenesis is the abnormal transformation of Yin and Yang of kidney.Clinical studies have shown that oral Chinese medicine treatment(treatment based on syndrome differentiation,artificial cycle therapy),external Chinese medicine treatment(external treatment,retain enema),various forms of acupuncture(normal needle,electroacupuncture,needle warming moxibustion,plum-blossom needle,abdominal needle,flying needle)and the combination of acupuncture with medicine can address both the symptom and root cause,keep the balance of Yin and Yang,Qi and blood.TCM treatment can not only promote follicle growth,induce follicle discharge,improve the clinical pregnancy rate,but also reduce the happening of OHSS and LUFS.TCM has good effect on the treatment of ovulation failure infertility.The function mechanism of the TCM treatment is unclear,however,related animal experiment study is less.It’s necessary to strengthen basic research and analyze it to provide more reliable basis for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ovulation failure infertility.
