摘要
雷公藤是治疗类风湿关节炎较为常用的药物之一,既往研究表明雷公藤治疗类风湿关节炎具有良好疗效,药理研究发现雷公藤对类风湿关节炎的作用机制与调节相关淋巴细胞、酶和信号通路的表达有关。现综述近年来雷公藤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床运用和药理学研究进展,以期对进一步提高雷公藤治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效及安全性以提供参考。
Tripterygium wilfordii is one of the most commonly used drugs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Previous studies have shown that Tripterygium wilfordii has a good therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis.Pharmacological studies have found that the mechanism of Tripterygium wilfordii on rheumatoid arthritis is related to the regulation of the expression of related lymphocytes,enzymes and signaling pathways.This article reviews the clinical application and pharmacological research of Tripterygium wilfordii in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in recent years,hoping to provide reference for further improving the efficacy and safety of Tripterygium wilfordii in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
