从脾湿肺燥论治新型冠状病毒肺炎

针对新型冠状病毒肺炎的防治,中医药发挥了重要作用,该文主要从脾湿肺燥出发论治新型冠状病毒肺炎。对新型冠状病毒肺炎审证求因,认为其因外感"湿毒夹燥"性的疫疠之邪而致;病机特点为毒、湿、燥、虚,以"湿"为核心;初起病位在脾、肺,后期亦可牵连它脏。从肺脾功能及燥湿特性方面阐述新型冠状病毒肺炎脾湿肺燥证成因;由此归纳出新型冠状病毒肺炎脾湿肺燥证治疗思路,以健运脾胃为治疗之根基,以燥脾湿、泻脾热为治疗之关键,以润肺燥、滋肺阴为治疗之核心。以期为预防、治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎提供理论依据。

Traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in the prevention and treatment of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).This paper mainly discusses the treatment of COVID-19 from spleen dampness and lung dryness.Examining the syndrome and seeking the cause of COVID-19,it is believed that the disease is caused by exogenous pathogenic factors such as"dampness toxin and dryness".The pathogenesis is characterized by toxin,dampness,dryness and deficiency,with"dampness"as the core;the initial position of the disease is in the spleen and lung,and in the later stage it can also be implicated in others dirty.From the aspects of lung and spleen function and dryness dampness characteristics,this paper expounds the cause of the syndrome of"spleen dampness and lung dryness"of COVID-19.Thus,the treatment idea of"spleen dampness and lung dryness"syndrome of COVID-19 is summarized,the foundation of the treatment is to invigorate the spleen and stomach,the key to treatment is to dry dampness of spleen and purge spleen heat,the core of treatment is to moisten lung dryness and nourish lung Yin.In order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.
