贯叶连翘抗抑郁作用机制研究进展

Research Progress on Antidepressant Mechanism of Hypericum Perforatum

贯叶连翘(Hypericum perforatum)是一种多年生草本植物,以其抗抑郁性能著称,近年来被用于抑郁症的治疗,疗效受到广泛好评,其抗抑郁机制亦是近年研究的热点。该文总结了近年来有关贯叶连翘及其主要活性成分抗抑郁的研究成果,包括贯叶连翘及其主要活性成分的抗抑郁作用以及抗抑郁作用机制研究。从抑制突触体对胺类物质的再摄取、对单胺氧化酶的抑制作用、对单胺转运体的影响、对5-羟色胺受体的影响、类雌激素样作用五个方面归纳了目前所研究的贯叶连翘的抗抑郁作用机制,为贯叶连翘抗抑郁方面的进一步研究提供参考资料。

Hypericum perforatum is a kind of perennial plant,which is famous for its antidepressant properties.In recent years,Hypericum perforatum has been widely used in the treatment of depression.In this paper,we summarized the research results about the anti-depression effect of Hypericum perforatum and its main active ingredient,including the anti-depression effect and the anti-depression mechanism.The mechanism of antidepressant effect of Hypericum perforatum in the present study was summarized from five aspects:inhibition of synaptic reuptake of amines,inhibition of monoamine oxidase,effect on monoamine transporter,effect on serotonin antagonist,and estrogenic effect,it provides reference material for the further research on the anti-depression of Hypericum perforatum.
