中医外治法治疗不稳定型心绞痛作用机制研究进展

Analysis on the Mechanism of the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris by External Therapy

不稳定型心绞痛(unstable angina pectoris,UAP)是介于稳定型心绞痛与急性心肌梗死之间的一组临床心绞痛综合征,现代医学通过规范的药物干预,已取得一定疗效,为进一步改善患者临床症状,提高患者生存质量,减少心肌梗死发生率,寻求其他辅助疗法已成当务之急。中医外治法具有"简、便、验、廉"的特点,越来越被广大患者所接受。该文系统阐述了冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的发病机制、病因病机及中医外治法的作用机制,以期为中医外治法治疗本病提供理论依据及临床应用技术参考。

Unstable angina pectoris(UAP)is a group of clinical angina pectoris syndromes between stable angina and acute myocardial infarction.Modern medicine has achieved certain curative effects through standardized drug interventions,in order to further improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improving the quality of life of patients,reducing the incidence of myocardial infarction,seeking other adjuvant therapies has become a top priority.The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of"simplicity,convenience,effective and low cost",and it is more and more accepted by the majority of patients.This study systematically expounds the pathogenesis,etiology and pathogenesis of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and the mechanism of action of external TCM treatment,in order to provide theoretical basis and clinical application technical reference for the treatment of this disease by TCM external treatment.
