翳风穴穴位注射应用于特发性面神经麻痹治疗进展

Advances in Research on Acupoint Injection in the Treatment of Idiopathic Nerve Palsy

通过翳风穴穴位注射方式治疗特发性面神经麻痹,该法采用的是中西医结合的方式,将腧穴、针刺和药物三者融为一体,把有限的药物作用于病灶局部,可以快速的缓解乳突部位的疼痛而控制炎症,从而为特发性面神经麻痹的康复提供基础。此外,这种治疗方式在临床上具有用药量少且无不良反应,尤其适用于并发高血压和糖尿病等不适合服用药物的特发性面神经麻痹的患者。该文对翳风穴穴位注射治疗特发性面神经麻痹的研究进展进行综述。

The treatment of idiopathic nerve palsy by acupoint injection in Yifeng acupoints is a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.It combines acupoints,acupuncture and drugs,and applies limited drugs to the lesions.It relieved pain in the mastoid area and control inflammation quickly,thus providing a basis for the recovery of idiopathic nerve palsy.In addition,the treatment has clinically low dosage and no side effects,and is especially suitable for patients who are not suitable for taking idiopathic nerve palsy,such as hypertension and diabetes.The article reviews the research progress of acupoint injection in the treatment of idiopathic nerve palsy.
