论中医药防治新型冠状病毒感染肺炎优势与特色

中医学在几千年的疫病防治过程中积累了丰富的经验,对瘟疫这类烈性传染病的防治形成了独特的理论体系。根据新冠肺炎患者的临床表现结合中医疫病理论可以判定2019年新冠肺炎应属于寒湿疫,早在《黄帝内经》当中就有关于疫病防治思想的完整记载。该文主要挖掘中医药在防治该次新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎的优势与特色,重点从调节精神情志、加强体育锻炼、穴位保健、饮用中药与药酒防疫、焚烧中药进行空气消毒5个方面进行阐述,并且从统计数据来看,中医药在这场抗击新冠肺炎疫情的战斗中确实发挥出巨大的独一无二的优势与特色。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has accumulated rich experience in the process of diseases prevention and treatment for thousands of years,and formed a unique theoretical system for the prevention and treatment of such severe infectious diseases.According to the clinical manifestations of this COVID-19 patient and the theory of disease in TCM,it can be determined that the COVID-19 should be an epidemic of cold and dampness.As early as the Inner Canon of Huangdi,there is a complete record of the thoughts on disease prevention and control.This paper explores the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of pneumonia caused by the new coronavirus,it focuses on the following five aspects:regulating spirit and emotion,strengthening physical exercise,drinking TCM and medicinal wine for epidemic prevention,acupoint health care,and burning TCM for air disinfection.And from the statistical data,TCM in the fight against the outbreak of the COVID-19 really play a huge unique advantages and characteristics.
