针药结合治疗慢性胃炎研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture Combined with Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

慢性胃炎是临床上的常见病、多发病。其发病率在各种胃病中居首位。其病因多、病程长、易反复。该病部分类型于癌前病变,其治疗一直为临床所重视。单纯的针灸或用药治疗对该病缺乏理想的治疗方案,而针药结合的综合治疗对慢性胃炎有着独特的优势。文章从慢性胃炎的病因病机、辨证分型、相关治疗等方面入手,对针药结合治疗慢性胃炎的认识、进展和临床诊治进行相关论述,以提高疗效。

Chronic gastritis is a common and frequently-occurring disease.Its morbidity is the first among all kinds of stomach diseases.Its pathogeny is much,disease course is long,easy to be repeated.Part of this disease is precancerous lesion,and its treatment has been paid much attention in clinic.Single acupuncture and moxibustion or drug therapy lacks ideal treatment scheme for this disease,while combined acupuncture and drug therapy has unique advantages for chronic gastritis.Starting from the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and classification,relevant treatment and other aspects of chronic gastritis,this paper discussed the understanding,progress,clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic gastritis with combination of acupuncture and medicine,so as to improve the curative effect.
