基于浊毒理论论吸烟引发慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医病机及治法

Analysis of the Pathogenesis and Treatment of COPD Caused by Smoking Based on the Theory of Turbidity and Toxin

该文基于浊毒理论归纳烟草燃烧所产生烟气的属性,认为其可分为体用两端,其在"用"为燥热毒邪,进入肺脏损害直接迅速;在"体"为湿重浊邪,进入肺脏损害积重缓迟。探讨吸烟引发慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的病机,认为其病机初期以燥毒犯肺为主,日久毒邪内积化浊,并基于肺脏络脉的生理特点探讨了烟草浊毒进入肺脏,引发COPD的病理过程。探讨了吸烟引发的COPD的治疗方法,认为其基本治疗原则为化浊解毒,根据病情所处阶段,选用不同的治疗方法。在病程初期,可选用清燥透浊解毒之法以清润透表祛邪;病程中后期,浊邪之象尽显,应选用芳香化浊解毒法及祛湿化浊解毒;病程终末期,痰瘀与浊毒互结,则需选用化瘀散浊解毒法。

Based on the theory of turbidity and toxin,this paper summarizes the properties of smoke produced by tobacco combustion,and believes that it can be divided into two part,the body and the used.It is used in the heat and poisonous evil,and it is directly and quickly into the lung damage.In the body,it is turbidity and turbid,into the lung damage accumulation delay.To explore the pathogenesis of smokinginduced COPD,it is believed that the pathogenesis of COPD is mainly caused by dry poisoning in the early stage of the disease.The toxic and toxic accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis in the long-term,and the physiological characteristics of the lung collaterals are used to explore the pathological process of tobacco turbidity entering the lungs and triggering COPD.The treatment method of COPD caused by smoking was discussed.The basic treatment principle is that it is washing turbidity and detoxification.According to the stage of the disease,different treatment methods are selected.In the early stage of the disease,the method of clearing,drying,washing turbidity and detoxification can be used;in the middle and late stages of the disease,the image of turbidity and evil is fully manifested,and the aromatherapy and detoxification method should be used;At the end of the disease,phlegm,blood stasis,turbidity and toxin are intertwined,blood circulation and detoxification method should be selected.
