中医“胃气”理论指导下多角度治疗胃癌

Multi-angle Treatment of Gastric Cancer under the Guidance of “Stomach Qi” Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine

"胃气"理论作为中医理论中的重要组成部分,源于《黄帝内经》,具有人体正气、脾胃功能、脏腑气机等多重含义。"胃气"理论为指导的中医药防治胃癌逐渐被现代医家重视,临床实践可分别通过扶助正气、健脾和胃、滋养胃阴、调畅气机多角度对处于不同阶段的胃癌患者进行辨治。该文通过探讨"胃气"的理论内涵、临床应用及机制研究,拟探讨"胃气"理论为指导的多角度治疗不同阶段胃癌的作用及意义,希冀为中医临床诊治胃癌提供思路。

As an important part of traditional Chinese medicine theory,the theory of"stomach Qi",which has multiple meanings such as vital Qi,spleen and stomach function,viscera Qi mechanism and so on,is originated from Inner Canon of Huangdi.Traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer guided by the theory of"stomach Qi"is gradually valued by doctors at different stages by supporting healthy Qi,strengthening spleen and stomach,nourishing stomach Yin and regulating Qi.Though discussing the theoretical connotation,clinical application and mechanism research of"stomach Qi",this paper discusses the role and significance of"stomach Qi"theory in treating gastric cancer at different stages,hoping to provide ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.
