基于“阴平阳秘”探析2型糖尿病中医病机

Discussion on TCM Pathogenesis of Type 2 Diabetes Based on “Relative Equilibrium of Yin-Yang”

"阴平阳秘"出自于《黄帝内经》,表述了维持人体健康生命活动的平衡之道,包含中医整体观念指导下的人自身、人与自然环境和社会环境的和谐统一的理论思想,高度概括了人体在正常状态下的气血津液和脏腑功能,对于指导临床诊治具有很高的实用价值。文章从"阴平阳秘"角度来整理分析2型糖尿病中医病机,认为糖尿病前期阶段机体处于郁滞状态,兼有脾脏虚损;糖尿病病机与病程关系密切,从阴虚燥热逐渐转变为气阴两虚;并发症期以阴阳两虚兼见痰湿、瘀血、浊毒互结为主。对2型糖尿病全程有动态的病机认识,可以更好地指导临床进行诊治。

"Relative equilibrium of Yin-Yang"comes fromthe Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,which describes the way to maintain the balance of healthy life activities of human body,including the theory of harmony and unity of human body,human body with natural environment and social environment under the guidance of the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine.It highly summarizes the human body’s Qi,blood,fluid and humor and viscera function in normal state,which has high clinical practical value.From the point of view,to sort out and analyze the pathogenesis of TCM.In the early stage of diabetes,the body is in a state of saturation,with spleen deficiency;the pathogenesis of diabetes is closely related to the course of the disease,which gradually changes from Yin deficiency and dryness-heat to Qi and Yin deficiency;in the complication stage,deficiency of Yin and Yang is mainly accompanied by phlegm and dampness,blood stasis and turbidity-toxin.There is a dynamic understanding of the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes,which can better guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
