难治性胃食管反流病中医药研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Refractory Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

根据近5年来相关文献资料,从病因病机、治疗方法等方面对难治性胃食管反流病的中医研究现状进行综述。中医诊疗难治性胃食管反流病存在优势,临床基于整体审查、辨证施治、防治结合等理念,运用中医内治、中医外治、中西医结合等特色疗法,配合摄生调养的"治未病"手段,在缓解该病难治症状,预防发病或复发等方面应用前景广泛。结合现代研究成果,初步探讨中医药治疗该病的作用机理,以期为临床研究提供新的思路。

According to the relevant literature in recent 5 years,the research status of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease was reviewed from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and so on.There are advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the concepts of overall review,syndrome differentiation and treatment,prevention and treatment,and so on,the clinical diagnosis and treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease is characterized by the use of a variety of characteristic treatments,combined with ingestion and recuperation,in alleviating the refractory symptoms of the disease and preventing the onset or recurrence of the disease.To explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease,in order to provide a new way of thinking for clinical research.
