从肝论治癫痫治疗进展

New Progress in the Treatment of Epilepsy from the Liver

癫痫是临床常见而多发的神经系统疾病之一,长期、反复发作严重影响人类身心健康。目前癫痫治疗及预防主要依靠西医抗癫痫药物干预为主,但由于西药的副作用多、靶点局限、应用范围小等缺陷,中医药辨证施治渐成为研究的新方向,且临床发现从肝论治癫痫的疗效颇优。文章就近年在从肝论治癫痫的中医药相关治疗研究进行简要阐述,以期临床施治提供参考。

Epilepsy is one of the most common and frequent neurological diseases in the clinic.Long-term and recurrent episodes seriously affect the physical and mental health of human beings.At present,the treatment and prevention of epilepsy mainly rely on Western medicine anti-epileptic drug intervention.However due to the side effects of western medicine,limited target,small application range,TCM syndrome differentiation has become a new direction of research.And clinical finding that the effect of treating epilepsy from the liver theory is quite good.In recent years,the article briefly describes the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine related to epilepsy from the liver,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
