中医耳穴按压联合正念冥想训练在大肠癌患者围术期护理实践研究

Study on the Perioperative Nursing Practice of TCM Auricular Compression Combined with Mindfulness Meditation Training in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的分析中医耳穴按压联合正念冥想训练用于大肠癌患者围术期护理中的临床价值。方法将64例大肠癌手术患者随机分为观察组、对照组,围术期均实施常规护理,在此基础上,观察组给予中医耳穴按压联合正念冥想训练,对比两组压力知觉、生理应激反应及睡眠质量。结果护理后,观察组压力知觉评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术前1 h、术毕返回病房时及术后4 h的心率、舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医耳穴按压联合正念冥想训练用于大肠癌患者围术期护理中,可减轻患者围术期应激反应,改善其睡眠质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of TCM auricular compression combined with mindfulness meditation training in perioperative nursing of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 64 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The perioperative period was routinely treated.On the basis of this,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine ear acupoint compression combined with mindfulness meditation training,and the two groups of pressure perception and physiological should be compared.Stimulation and sleep quality.Results After nursing,the pressure perception score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 1 h before operation,returning to the ward after surgery and 4 h after operation(P<0.05).After nursing,the sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM acupoint compression combined with mindfulness meditation training for perioperative nursing of patients with colorectal cancer can reduce the perioperative stress response and improve the quality of sleep.
