强直性脊柱炎中医证型研究进展

Advances in Research on TCM Syndromes of Ankylosing Spondylitis

强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)是以骶髂关节、脊柱关节炎症病变为主的一种疾病。中医方面,以肾脏、督脉亏虚,外邪痹阻经络为主要病因病机。AS中医证型分类方式多样,少则2种证型,多至5~6种证型,没有一个固定的科学分类。该文通过"中国知网、维普"检索网站,从名医名家观点、疾病症状特点、现代客观化指标研究、现代统计学研究等方面,对国内外公开发表的"强直性脊柱炎中医证型"相关文献进行综述。

Ankylosing spondylitis is a disease mainly relate to inflammatory lesions of the ankle joint and spinal joint.In the case of Chinese medicine,the main pathogenesis is:deficiency of the kidney and the Du meridian,the external evils block the meridians.AS TCM syndrome classification methods are diverse.As few as two types of syndromes,up to five or six syndrome types,and there is no fixed scientific classification.This article reviews the related literatures on"Traditional Ankylosing Spondylitis TCM Syndrome Type"published in the CNKI and VIP search website.
