高龄男性不育症中西医研究进展

Advances in Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Elderly Male Infertility

从生育角度看,男性年龄超过40岁生精能力明显下降,称为生育高龄。然而,随着社会经济的发展,人们主动或被动地推迟了婚育年龄。我国2010年人口普查的资料显示,男性平均结婚年龄为26.7岁,10年间推迟了1.5岁。再者,我国自2016年1月1日起正式实施全面二孩政策,很多已育有一孩的中年男性积极响应,计划生育二孩。一般认为,男性的最佳生育年龄不宜晚于35岁,影响生育力的因素非常复杂,同时伴有不同程度的性功能减退,精子质量下降,子代患病率升高等一系列问题。其中,年龄增长是生育力下降最不可抗拒的因素,越来越多的高龄男性有再生育意愿,高龄男性的生育问题也越来越多。该文对40岁以上男性不育问题进行了简要阐述,以期为临床提供参考,希望能够引起社会对于高龄男性生育问题的重视,提高高龄男性的生育安全意识,并做好生育前咨询工作。

From the perspective of fertility,males over 40 years of age have a significant decline in spermatogenic capacity,known as fertility.However,with the development of social economy,people actively or passively postpone the age of marriage and childbearing.According to China’s 2010 census,the average age of marriage for men is 26.7 years,and it is postponed by 1.5 years in 10 years.Furthermore,since January 1,2016,China has officially implemented the comprehensive two-child policy.Many middle-aged men who have had a child have responded positively and plan to have two children.It is generally believed that the best reproductive age for men should not be later than 35 years,the factors affecting fertility are very complicated,at the same time,there are varying degrees of sexual dysfunction,a series of problems such as decreased sperm quality and increased prevalence of offspring.Among them,age growth is the most irresistible factor in fertility decline,more and more elderly male have the willingness to reproduce.,elderly male have more and more fertility problems.This article briefly describes the problem of male infertility over 40 years old,in order to provide reference for clinical,I hope that it will arouse the society’s attention to the issue of fertility among elderly male,improve the awareness of reproductive safety among elderly male,and do a good job in pre-fertility counseling.
