摘要
肾气丸一方是应用广泛、传承久远的经典名方,首见于张仲景《金匮要略》。陶汉华教授从医四十余年,精研仲景之学,于金匮肾气丸一方,见解独到,应用灵活,为人称道。结合陶师著作论述及作者跟师感悟,从对肾脏基本概念的认识、肾气丸组成配伍的规律和方剂的临床应用三个方面对陶汉华教授学术经验进行总结。以两则医案举例说明,以点窥面启发思维。
Kidney-Qi Pill is a classical prescription widely used and long-standing inheritance,first seen in ZHANG Zhongjing’s Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.Professor TAO Hanhua has been a doctor for more than forty years.He has studied ZHANG Zhongjing’s theory intensively.He is praised for his unique views and flexible application on the side of Kidney-Qi Pills in the Golden Chamber.Based on TAO Hanhua’s works and the author’s insights,this paper summarizes Professor TAO Hanhua’s academic experience from three aspects:the understanding of the basic concepts of kidney,the law of the composition and compatibility of Kidney-Qi Pills and the clinical application of prescriptions.Take two medical cases as examples to enlighten our thinking.
