通过对古代及现代文献的总结,概述了复发性流产的发病因素,包括宿主原因引起的遗传学因素、生殖道解剖因素、免疫因素、内分泌因素、血栓前状态、心理因素、男性精液异常以及环境中存在的感染因素、化学危害、其他不良生活习惯等因素,应及早找出病因并进行针对性治疗;中医认为滑胎以虚证为本,责之脾肾,同时以血瘀、情志失调为标;针灸治疗的思路上融合中医内科和针灸的理论精髓,强调以标本兼治为治疗大法,以补肾健脾、调理冲任、活血化瘀、调理脏腑、调神解郁、理气安胎为治疗原则。探讨归纳针灸治疗复发性流产的循经及取穴方案,并提出今后临床研究的方向,为针灸治疗该病提供理论依据。

Based on the summary of the ancient and modern literature,summarizing the pathogenesis of recurrent miscarriage factors,including genetic factors,reproductive tract anatomic factors,immune factors,endocrine factors,thrombosis former state,psychological factors and the male sperm abnormality,which are caused by host,and infection factors,chemical hazard factors and other bad habits,which are indwelt in the environment.Early identification of the cause and targeted treatment should be carried out.In traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that?spleen and kidney deficiency is the root cause of the habitual?abortion while blood stasis and emotional disorders are symptoms.The treatment ideas of acupuncture combine traditional Chinese internal medicine and acupuncture theory essence,emphasizing to treat both symptoms and root causes,the treatment principle of which is tonifying kidney and spleen,regulating chong-ren meridians,removing blood stasis,adjusting viscera,dispelling depression,and thus protecting fetus.To explore the?acupoint?selection along?channel,propose?the future direction of clinical research and?provide theoretical basis for acupuncture treatment of recurrent?abortion.
