薏苡仁油抗肝癌作用机制研究及应用概况

Anticancer Mechanisms and Application of Coicis Semen Oil in Liver Cancer

薏苡仁油是薏苡仁抗肝癌的有效成分,其机制主要涉及抑制肿瘤细胞的分裂增殖,诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡,抑制肿瘤细胞的迁移,抑制肿瘤血管的形成,逆转耐药性,调节机体免疫系统功能等。薏苡仁油单用治疗中晚期肝癌,患者临床病症改善,治疗与观察的过程中无毒副反应,短期临床效果较为理想;与西医手段联用治疗肝癌,能增强治疗效果,降低化疗药产生的毒副作用,缓解疼痛,同时提高机体的免疫反应,具有临床推广应用价值。但目前在实验研究方面对其抗肝癌机制的探讨多集中在单药,缺乏对联合用药抗肝癌机制的深入了解;临床研究上缺乏大样本、多中心、随机双盲对照试验研究,结果不能使人完全信服。因此,日后可在薏苡仁油联合用药抗肝癌方面从多途径、多靶点深入探讨其作用机制,同时结合大样本、多中心临床研究,确保薏苡仁油以及联合用药抗肝癌疗效的可靠性。

Coicis Semen oil is an effective component of Coicis Semen against liver cancer.Its anti-hepatoma mechanism mainly involves in inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells,inducing apoptosis of tumor cells,inhibiting the migration of tumor cells,inhibiting the formation of tumor blood vessels,reversal of drug resistance and increasing immunologic function against tumors.Coicis Semen oil alone is used to treat advanced liver cancer,and the clinical symptoms are improved.There is no toxic side effect during the treatment and observation,and the short-term clinical effect is ideal.If combined with means of western medicine,it can reduce the toxic and side effects produced by chemotherapy drugs,relieve the pain of patients,improve the immune response of the body,and improve the treatment effect,which has clinical application value.But so far,we’ve been talking about the antiliver mechanisms in experimental studies and focusing on single drug,and lack of a deep understanding of the anti-liver cancer mechanisms in the joint.There is no large sample,multiple centers,randomized double blind control trials in clinical studies,and the results can’t be conclusive.Therefore,in the future,the mechanism of combined Coicis Semen oil anti-liver cancer can be further explored from multiple channels and multiple targets,and the reliability of combined Coicis Semen oil anti-liver cancer efficacy can be ensured by combining large samples and multi-center clinical studies.
