艾灸治疗膝骨关节炎研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Moxibustion

通过文献查阅、数据检索的结果,把传统医学对于膝骨关节的生理病理认识进行总结分析,发现KOA总体病因可概括为外来邪气侵犯筋骨所致,而病机则是机体脏腑机能的衰退。从实验机制和临床疗效的研究中发现艾灸在治疗KOA方面有值得肯定的地方,与此同时,一些不容忽视的问题仍然存在,亟待解决,希望以后的理论和实践研究更加科学合理,为临床应用提供更有价值的参考。

Based on the results of literature review and data retrieval,the physiological and pathological understanding of knee joints in traditional medicine was summarized and analyzed,and it was found that the overall etiology of KOA could be summarized as the invasion of foreign evil spirits on muscles and bones,while the pathogenesis was the decline of viscera function.From the experimental mechanism and clinical efficacy of moxibustion in the treatment of KOA found that there are worthy of affirmation,at the same time,some problems can not be ignored still exist,to be solved,hope that the future theoretical and practical research more scientific and reasonable,to provide more valuable reference for clinical application.
