Analysis of the Latency and Social Status of Patients with OSA-related Hypertension

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(Obstructive Sleep Apnea,OSA)是系统性高血压(Hypertension,HTN)的独立危险因素,二者关系密切,且互相影响。由于对其作为病因的忽视,OSA相关性高血压患者常被漏诊而贻误治疗。该文通过对二者现状的研究,分析了OSA合并高血压患者的隐匿性以及对社会的影响,以期寻找一个更好的方式,快速而较准确地筛查出此类患者的血压升高是否因其罹患的OSA而引发,最大程度的提高治疗的针对性和准确性,降低因缺乏对OSA重视而造成的用药失误和资源浪费。

Obstructive Sleep Apnea(OSA)is an independent risk factor for systemic hypertension(HTN),which is closely related and affects each other.Due to neglecting it as a pathogeny,OSA-related hypertension patients are often misdiagnosed and delayed treatment.This paper analyzes the current status of these two to explore the latency of OSA-related hypertension patients and the impact on society,in order to find a better way to quickly and accurately screen whether the blood pressure rise of such patients is due to suffering of OSA.We would like to maximize the pertinence and accuracy of treatment and reduce the medication errors and waste of resources caused by the lack of attention to OSA.
