中医药治疗特发性肺纤维化临床研究方法初探

Preliminary Study on Clinical Research Methods of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

特发性肺纤维化是一种慢性、难治性的疾病,近年来,中医药对于特发性肺纤维化的临床研究层出不穷。特发性肺纤维化的临床研究方法主要依托于临床流行病学方法,在临床流行病学方法的基础上,循证医学应运而生,为特发性肺纤维化的疗效评价提供可靠证据,而量表法的应用将生物医学模式转向生物-心理-社会医学模式,生活质量作为一项独立指标或辅助性指标可用于评价特发性肺纤维化患者对治疗的反应。基于以上研究方法,并在中医药基本理论的指导下,以期构建具有中医特色的特发性肺纤维化临床疗效评价体系。

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a chronic and refractory disease.In recent years,the clinical research on IPF by traditional Chinese medicine has been emerging in endlessly.The clinical research methods of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis mainly rely on clinical epidemiological methods.On the basis of clinical epidemiological methods,evidence-based medicine emerges as the times require,which provides reliable evidence for the evaluation of curative effect of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.The application of scale method turns the bio-medical model to the bio-psycho-social medical model,and the quality of life as an independent index or auxiliary index.The standard can be used to evaluate the response of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis to treatment.Based on the above research methods,and under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to build a clinical efficacy evaluation system of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with Chinese characteristics.
