中医药治疗特应性皮炎研究进展

New Progress in the Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis with Traditional Chinese Medicine

特应性皮炎是一种慢性、瘙痒性、复发性的多基因遗传的炎症性皮肤顽疾,其发病率以逐年增长的形式严重影响着婴幼儿及青少年的身心健康。中医药治疗作为一种治疗特应性皮炎的有效手段,在预防、治疗和避免病症复发方面具有显著的疗效。特应性皮炎的中医病因病机为脾肺气虚、心火亢盛,外感风湿之邪蕴藉体内化热所致。目前中医治疗特应性皮炎的方法主要包括中医药内治和中医药外治疗法,其中内治疗法分为辨证论治及专病专方,外治法包括软膏涂抹、针灸疗法、熏洗药浴和刺络拔罐。该文综述了特应性皮炎的病因病机以及近年来中医药治疗特应性皮炎的临床研究进展情况,以期为今后特应性皮炎的临床治疗提供参考。

Atopic dermatitis is a chronic,pruritus,recurrent polygenic inflammatory skin disease,whose incidence is increasing year by year,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of infants and adolescents.As an effective method for the treatment of atopic dermatitis,TCM has a remarkable effect in preventing,treating and avoiding recurrence of the disease.The etiology and pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis are deficiency of spleen,lung qi,hyperactivity of heart and fire,and exogenous rheumatism.At present,Chinese medicine treatment of atopic dermatitis mainly includes Chinese medicine internal treatment and traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,in which internal treatment includes differentiation of symptoms and signs and special prescription for disease,external treatment includes ointment smear,acupuncture therapy,fumigation and washing medicine bath and pricking and cupping.This article reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis and the progress of clinical research on the treatment of atopic dermatitis with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of atopic dermatitis in the future.
