早搏灵对肾上腺素诱导心律失常家兔Gi基因表达的影响

摘要 目的:观察早搏灵对快速性心律失常家兔Gi基因表达以及心律失常持续的时间,进一步探讨早搏灵的抗心律失常的作用机理。方法:选取清洁级新西兰家兔32只,雌雄各半,采用随机分组的方法将其分为4组,分别标注为空白组、模型组、实验组(早搏灵组)、对照组(普奈洛尔组),观察各组家兔Gi基因和心律失常持续的时间。结果:早搏灵组、普萘洛尔组心肌组织Gi基因表达明显高于模型组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义,早搏灵组与普萘洛尔组相比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。早搏灵组、普萘洛尔组与模型组相比,心律失常持续的时间缩短(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。早搏灵组与普萘洛尔组相比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:早搏灵能够使肾上腺素诱导的心律失常家兔心肌组织中的Gi基因的表达上调,证明早搏灵抗心律失常的机理之一可能是通过调控心肌组织Gi基因的表达,达到抗心律失常的作用,其疗效与普萘洛尔相当。 Objective:To observe the spirit of quickness premature arrhythmia rabbit Gi gene expression and the duration of arrhythmia,further explore the antiarrhythmic effect of premature beat spirit mechanism.Methods:Select clean level 32 New Zealand rabbits,male and female half,adopt the method of random grouping will be divided into 4 groups,respectively as blank group,model group,the experimental group(premature beat spirit group),the control group(group general naylor),observe each rabbit Gi gene and the duration of the arrhythmia.Results:Statistically significant spirit set of premature beat propranolol group of myocardial tissue Gi gene expression is significantly higher than model group(P<0.05),statistically significant,it often compared spirit group and propranolol group,no significant difference(P>0.05)premature beat spirit propranolol group compared with model group,the duration of the arrhythmia shortened(P<0.05),statistically significant premature beat spirit and propranolol group compared with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Prepulsation can up-regulate the expression of Gi gene in adrenalineinduced arrhythmia in rabbit myocardial tissue,which proves that one of the anti-arrhythmia mechanisms of prepulsation may be to shorten the duration of arrhythmia by regulating the expression of Gi gene in myocardium.
