摘要
胰岛素抵抗的本质为胰岛素介导的糖代谢能力降低,作为2型糖尿病的重要病理因素,其始终贯穿于2型糖尿病发生发展全过程。然而引起胰岛素抵抗的病因及发生机制十分复杂,尚未完全阐明。文章将从中西医两个角度对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的机制进行探讨,并对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的中医药治疗展开综述。
The essence of insulin resistance is insulin-mediated loss of glucose metabolism. As an important pathological factor of type 2 diabetes,it always runs through the whole process of type 2 diabetes. However,the etiology and mechanism of insulin resistance are very complicated and have not been fully elucidated. This article will discuss the mechanism of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes from the perspective of both Chinese and Western medicine,and review the treatment of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes.
