止痛散中频电导入治疗血瘀证腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Blood Stasis Syndrome in Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation with Zhitong Powder with Medium Frequency Iontophoresis

目的:观察医院验方止痛散中频导入治疗血瘀证腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将60例腰椎间盘突出症血瘀证患者随机分成对照组和试验组,每组各30例,对照组采用中频电治疗,试验组应用中药止痛散中频脉冲电导入,并对两组的综合疗效和VAS疼痛评分及血清TNF-α、PGE2的含量比较分析。结果:试验组总显效率73.33%总有效率96.67%,对照组总显效率50%总有效率86.67%,试验组治疗前VAS评分为5.80±1.00,治疗后为1.13±0.78,对照组治疗前VAS评分为5.93±0.91,治疗后为1.97±1.00。试验组治疗前血清TNF-α含量为(43.76±5.57)pg/mL,治疗后(22.81±6.37)pg/mL,对照组治疗前血清TNF-α含量为(44.31±5.26)pg/mL,治疗后(28.52±7.48)pg/mL,试验组治疗前血清PGE2的含量为(57.91±10.93)pg/mL,治疗后(25.87±6.06)pg/mL,对照组治疗前血清PGE2的含量为(58.52±9.30)pg/mL,治疗后(31.63±6.68)pg/mL,两组各项治疗前均无明显差异,治疗后比较均有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于腰椎间盘突出症血瘀证的治疗,止痛散中频导入疗效明确,且疗效优于单纯使用中频电疗的治疗。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of zhitongsan powder on blood stasis syndrome of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:60 patients with blood stasis syndrome of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 in each group.The control group was treated with medium frequency electric therapy,and the experimental group was treated with Zhitong powder with medium frequency iontophoresis.The comprehensive curative effect,VAS pain score and serum TNF-αand PGE2 levels of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The marked effective rate was 73.33%,and the total effective rate was 96.67%in the experimental group.The marked effective rate was 50%,and the total effective rate was 86.67%in the control group.The VAS score of the experimental group was(5.80±1.00)before treatment,(1.13±0.78)after treatment;The VAS score of the control group was(5.93±0.91)before treatment,(1.97±1.00)after treatment;The levels of serum TNF-αin the experimental group were(43.76+5.57)pg/mL before treatment,(22.81±6.37)pg/mL after treatment,in the control group were(44.31±5.26)pg/mL before treatment,(28.52±7.48)pg/mL after treatment;The levels of serum PGE2 in the experimental group were(57.91±10.93)pg/mL before treatment,(25.87±6.06)pg/mL after treatment,in the control group were(58.52±9.30)pg/mL before treatment,(31.63±6.68)pg/mL after treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment and there were significant statistical differences after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of blood stasis syndrome of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,the effect of Zhitong powder with medium frequency iontophoresis is clear,and the effect is better than that of using medium frequency electrotherapy alone.
