基于“肺与大肠相表里”理论运用肺腑同治法从免疫学机制论治哮喘

Treatment of Asthma Based on the Theory of “Lung and Large Intestine are Exterior and Interior” and Using the Method of Lung and Fu Organs to Treat Asthma from the Immunological Mechanism

支气管哮喘是一种极为复杂的慢性气道炎症性疾病,目前对于哮喘的治疗主要以激素兼对症治疗为主,但其不良反应不可避免。该文中西合并,基于"肺与大肠相表里"理论,运用肺腑同治法从Th1/Th2及Th17/Treg失衡机制探讨哮喘,力求找寻哮喘的新疗法,为临床治疗哮喘患者提供新的思路。

Bronchial asthma is a very complex chronic airway inflammatory disease.At present,hormone and symptomatic treatment are the main treatment for asthma,but its side effects are inevitable.Therefore,based on the theory of"lung and large intestine are exterior and interior",this paper explores asthma from the imbalance mechanism of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg with the method of lung-organ co-treatment,and tries to find a new therapy for asthma,so as to bring good news to the vast number of asthmatic patients.
