Low back pain(LBP)belongs to the category of lumbago in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),and its incidence rate is gradually increasing and tends to be younger,which seriously affects the quality of life and brings huge burden to the society and medical treatment.Daoyin Gongfa of TCM originated from the ancient bionic technique,and has become an important non-drug therapy after the summary and verification of ancient sages and scholars.It has a unique curative effect on the prevention and treatment of LBP.As early as in Huangdi Neijing,the theory of Sinews and Bones of TCM has played an important guiding role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with LBP.It is of great significance to systematically summarize the theoretical connotation of Sinews and Bones and characteristic application of Daoyin Gongfa of TCM in the prevention and treatment of LBP to effectively improve the clinical efficacy and prevent recurrence.
