催化裂化装置工艺报警管理与优化

摘要 以国内某套催化裂化装置为例,分析了催化裂化装置过程报警问题产生的原因。针对每个原因制定出报警优化方案:更改报警阈值、控制回路整定、设置死区、设置报警延迟和报警搁置。通过实施优化方案,该套催化裂化装置过程报警问题得到根本性解决,报警KPI(关键性能指标)显著提升,10 min平均报警数达到0.4,较优化前降低69.23%;响应率达到100%,较优化前提高15.96%;处置率达到100%,较优化前提高14.17%;24 h持续报警数为0,较优化前降低100%。 Taking a domestic catalytic cracking unit(FCCU)as an example,the causes of process alarm problems of the FCCU are analyzed.Develop an alarm optimization scheme for each reason:change alarm threshold,control loop setting,set dead zone,set alarm delay,and set alarm shelving.After implementing the optimization scheme,the process alarm problem of the FCCU has been fundamentally solved.The KPI(key performance indicator)for alarms has been significantly improved,with an average alarm number of 0.4 in 10 minutes,which decreases 69.23%compared to before optimization;the response rate reaches 100%,an increase of 15.96%compared to before optimization;the disposal rate reaches 100%,an increase of 14.17%compared to before optimization;the number of continuous alarms in 24 hours is 0,which is 100%lower than before optimization.
