摘要 利用SPYRO软件对乙烷裂解炉进行建模,用该模型模拟研究裂解温度、压力、稀释比、进料流量对乙烷转化率、反应选择性、产品收率和结焦速率的影响。经过模拟,裂解炉炉管出口温度从826℃提高至850℃时,乙烷的转化率从75.00%提高到83.70%,反应选择性从46.09%降低到44.01%;稀释比从0.30增加到0.38时,转化率从78.59%降低到78.16%,选择性从45.29%提高到45.45%。随着压力的提高,反应转化率逐渐提高,选择性逐渐降低。进料量增加后反应转化率降低,反应选择性略微提高。通过软件分析可以量化分析装置工艺条件变化的结果,从而寻找更优操作条件,达到提高乙烷裂解炉生产效益的目的。 The ethane cracking furnace was simulated by SPYRO software,and the effects of cracking temperature,pressure,dilution ratio and feed flow rate on ethane conversion,ethane selectivity,product yield and coking rate were studied.Through this simulation,when the outlet temperature of cracking furnace tube is increased from 826℃to 850℃,the ethane conversion increases from 75.00%to 83.70%,and the reaction selectivity decreases from 46.09%to 44.01%.When the dilution ratio increases from 0.30 to 0.38,the conversion decreases from 78.59%to 78.16%,and the selectivity increases from 45.29%to 45.45%.It is also found that with the increase of pressure,the reaction conversion increased and the selectivity decreased.With the increase of feed,the reaction conversion decreased and the reaction selectivity increased slightly.The results show that the process simulation can quantify the results of changes in process conditions of the unit,so as to find better operating conditions,and achieve the purpose of improving the production efficiency of the ethane cracking furnace.
