炼化工程企业专利现状分析及战略思考

Analysis of patent status and conception of patent strategy of petroleum refining engineering enterprises

专利战略是企业创新发展的重要引擎。以某企业现有2825件有效专利为例,从专利申请授权趋势、专利地理分布特点、专利技术领域分布及专利强度4个方面进行分析,总结出企业运用知识产权制度保护自有关键技术、形成企业技术特色、布局全球化的专利战略特点。从专利质量的持续改善和对成果转化的促进、核心专利在新业务领域的拓展和布局、提前布局"一带一路"目标国家的专利策略3个方面,给出了类似炼化企业专利战略的实施建议。

Patent strategy is an important engine for the innovation and development of enterprises.This paper takes 2815 valid patents of an enterprise as an example,analyzes the trend of patent application and authorization,the geographical distribution characteristics of patents,the distribution of patent technology fields and patent intensity,and then summarize the characteristics of the enterprise’s patent strategy on critical technologies protection and globalization development.Finally,the article gives suggestions to the similar refining enterprises’patent strategy from the following three aspects:the continuous improvement of patent quality,the transformation promotion;the extension in the new business area,and layout of the patent strategy of"the Belt and Road"target countries in advance.
