烟机入口高温阀门电液执行机构配置探讨

摘要 根据国内各大炼油厂烟机入口阀门电液执行机构的配置情况,对其单作用和双作用特点、液压系统调节回路、自动锁位、ESD(紧急切断)回路中双ESD电磁阀的组合型式等进行剖析,并结合不同催化裂化能量回收机组情况,综合考虑其运行的安全性和可操作性,对烟机入口高温阀门电液执行机构的配置和性能技术要求提出了建议:直接发电机组选用单作用执行机构,快关时间应小于0.5 s(不含末端阻尼时间);在调节回路中并联点动电磁阀,提高阀门的操作可靠性;ESD回路采取双ESD电磁阀并联安全性更好。 The configuration of electro-hydraulic actuators for the inlet valves of flue gas turbines in domestic major refineries was studied.The characteristics of single and double action of the electro-hydraulic actuator,the configuration of the regulating circuit in the hydraulic system,the automatic locking position and the combination type of double ESD solenoid valves in the emergency cut-off circuit were analyzed.Combined with the situation of different FCC energy recovery units,considering the safety and operability of their operation,suggestions were put forward for the configuration and technical requirements of the electro-hydraulic actuator of the high temperature valves at the inlet of the flue gas turbine.For direct generating flue gas turbine,single acting actuators should be selected,and the full stroke should be less than 0.5 s(excluding cushion at end of stroke).In the regulating circuit,the jog-control solenoid valve should be in parallel to improve the operation reliability of the valve.For emergency cut-off circuit,double ESD solenoid valves should be in parallel for better safety.
