摘要 对连续重整加热炉倒U型炉管,综合考虑强度和稳定性的设计方法,利用ANSYS软件对倒U型炉管进行考虑初始缺陷的非线性强度和稳定性计算,初始缺陷为炉管施工偏差。计算结果表明:倒U型炉管在内压和自重条件下失稳形式为平面外的整体失稳。随施工偏差增大炉管底部应力增大,炉管稳定性降低,影响关系呈线性相关。在没有外部约束情况下,炉管强度和稳定性满足设计要求对应的施工偏差极限分别为200 mm和300 mm,说明炉管强度和稳定性在设计中同等重要,均应进行详细校核。 To explore the design method of inverse U-tube considering strength and stability,the stress and stability of inverse U-tube was calculated by nonlinear method based on the ANSYS software considering initial imperfection(construction deviation).Simulation results indicated that the instability of the inverse U-tube is out-of-plane overall instability under internal pressure and self-weight.As the construction deviation increases,the stress at the bottom of the furnace tube increases,the stability of the furnace tube decreases,and the relationship is linearly related.Without external constraint,the construction deviation limits corresponding to the furnace pipe strength and stability meeting the design requirements are 200 mm and 300 mm respectively,indicating that the furnace pipe strength and stability are equally important in the design,which should be checked in detail.
