延迟焦化装置掺炼催化裂化油浆和脱油沥青的应用 被引量:8

摘要 针对某焦化装置掺炼催化裂化油浆(催化油浆)和脱油沥青,分析了不同掺炼比例下装置原料性质、关键操作参数、物料平衡等的变化。经过对比分析,当催化油浆和脱油沥青的总掺炼量达到40 t/h时,石油焦收率增加2.80百分点,液体收率降低5.22百分点。通过采取降低反应苛刻度、定期对加热炉炉管机械清焦、对原料系统阀门喷涂耐磨材料、定期对原料系统测厚等一系列措施,可以有效缓解大比例掺炼催化油浆和脱油沥青对装置造成的阀门磨损、加热炉炉管结焦等问题,保证了装置的安全平稳长周期运行。延迟焦化装置大比例掺炼催化油浆和脱油沥青解决了这两种物料的出路问题,实现了重油加工平衡,年增效5173万元。 In view of the blending of FCC slurry and deoiled asphalt in a delayed coking unit,the changes of feedstock properties,key operation parameters and material balance under different blending ratios were analyzed.After comparative analysis,when the total blending amount of FCC slurry and deoiled asphalt reached 40 t/h,the yield of petroleum coke increased by 2.80 percentage points,and the yield of liquid decreased by 5.22 percentage points.By taking a series of measures,such as reducing the severity of the reaction,mechanical decoking the furnace tubes regularly,spraying wear-resistant materials on the valves of feedstocks system,and measuring the thickness of the raw material system regularly and so on,which can effectively alleviate the problems of the valves wear and coking of the heating furnace tube caused by large proportion of blending FCC slurry and deoiled asphalt.It could ensure the safe,stable and long-term operation of the device.The large proportion of blending FCC slurry and deoiled asphalt in the delayed coking unit,which solved the problem of the outflow of these two materials,and achieved the balance of heavy oil processing in the whole plant,with the increase of benefits 51.73 million yuan per year.
