关于森林康养产业发展必然性与路径的思考

Research on the Necessity and Development Path of Forest Recreation Industry

森林康养是近年来林业领域迅速成长的一个新兴业态,相关理论的研究和建设尚处于初步探索阶段。文章首先对森林康养的性质和特征进行概括,认为森林与人都是森林康养业态服务的目标主体,是"一业为主,多业融合"为组织和运行模式的业态;其次,对我国森林康养业态发展的理论必然性和历史必然性进行阐述论证;最后,从确定业态内涵与边界、制订业态规范与标准、编制森林康养基地规划、培育业态人力资源、强化资源供给、构建服务市场、建设保障体系等7个方面提出森林康养产业发展的建议。

Forest recreation industry is a new business format that has grown rapidly in the forestry field in recent years·The research and construction of related theories are still in the preliminary exploration stage.This article summarizes the nature and characteristics of forest recreation firstly,and considers that forest and people are both the target subjects of forest recreation services,which are"one industry-oriented and multi-industry integration"organization and operation mode·Secondly,this article explains the theoretical and historical inevitability of the development of the forest recreation industry in China.Finally,the development of the forest recreation industry is given in seven aspects:determining the content and boundaries of the business format,formulating business format specifications and standards,preparing a forest recreation base plan,cultivating human resources,strengthening resource supply,building a service market and building a security system.
