摘要
在变电站工程建设阶段,现场进行站用电互投试验是必不可少的项目,而在试验时需要在380 V站用电源屏进线电源处接入临时电源,普遍存在接入方式简陋问题,如利用电缆线从现场施工电源三级配电箱直接引接至站用电380 V进线电源处,试验操作复杂,并且存在一定的安全隐患。研制了一种互投切试验装置,集成了试验空开、连线、电流表、电压表、相序表等元件,所有互投试验操作均可在此试验装置上来完成,既保证了试验安全,又提高了工作效率。
During the substation project construction,the field station power switchover testing is indispensable for the project,and the testing demands the temporary power supply access to 380 V station power screen inlet.However,the access modes are usually simple.using cable to connect directly from the three-stage distribution box of the on-site construction power supply to the 380 V power inlet of the station power supply.Thereby,the operation is complicated and hazardous during the testing.A switchover testing equipment was developed,composed of the test circuit switch,wire connection,ammeter,voltmeter,phase sequence meter and other components.All the switchover test operations are completed on this test device to ensure the safety of the test and improve the work efficiency.
